Am I eligible to submit my company profile?
You would be eligible to list your profile on our site if you are a startup. Here’s how we look at startups:

Are there listing guidelines?

Here are some of the main listing criteria we use:

  • We do not accept submissions for listings on The Startup Universe from companies that involve coupons, affiliate sales, informational blogs or other forms of information services (example: creative writing, photography blogs etc.)
  • Certain submissions will not be considered such as: adult, gambling, religious and political contents
  • This service is for startup companies only that meet our criteria, other submissions will not be considered

All submissions must meet our Service Terms and Conditions.

What is the Service Delivery time-frame?
For ‘Standard’ listing, the time frame is 10 business working days. For the ‘Pro’ listing, the delivery time frame is 7 business working days. Our dedicated team always try to respond ASAP and if there is an unexpected delay due to high volume submissions, we would communicate to you beforehand.

What kind of images can I upload?
For ‘Pro’ listing, we allow users to upload 5 images, each of size 600×400. These could be your product/service images or logos.

For the ‘Standard’ listing, images are not included.

What kind of video link can I provide?
For ‘Pro’ listing, we allow users to upload 1 video link (YouTube/ Vimeo)

For the ‘Standard’ listing, video link is not included.

I have a submitted my startup profile for the standard service and it has has not been posted yet, can I upgrade to Pro?
Yes you can, please contact us and we will assist you in this process.

Yes you can, please contact us and we will assist you in this process.

I have a submitted my startup profile for the Pro service and it has has not been posted yet, can I downgrade to Standard?
No, we are not able to offer a downgrade from Pro to Standard.

I have a submitted my startup profile for the Pro service and it has been approved and posted online, can I downgrade to Standard?
No, we are not able to offer a downgrade from Pro to Standard.

What languages are supported for the submissions?
We only accept submissions in English at this stage.

What is your refund policy?
If your Pro Profile submission doesn’t meet one or more of our listing criteria, we process a 50% refund against your payment for the Pro listing service.
